Maritime Trainee program as a Fred. Olsen Windcarrier employee. The Maritime Trainee program is one of the leading marine trainee programs in Norway, since 2005 more than 240
trainees and 40 companies have been part of the program.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with great potential who is motivated to develop their career in the Maritime Industry.
We are looking for candidates who are new graduates or have a few years’ work experience.
Examples of relevant qualifications would be:
- Master’s degree within technology, digitalization, economics or law (other relevant educational backgrounds will also be considered)
- Exposure to different cultures and locations through international experience during studies or work is a benefit
- Good communications skills
Our successful candidate is passionate about climate change, self-driven, and has a positive mindset.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

As a maritime trainee you will be permanently employed in Fred. Olsen Windcarrier.
During the program you will be assigned an internal mentor to support you during the program.
